Location:
Haditha, Ba'shiqa, Baji and Hamdaniya, Iraq
Description:
The region of Mid-Western Iraq and its Governorates has suffered considerable decay of infrastructure following decades of strife. The Ministry of Municipalities and Public Works in Iraq appointed Pell Frischmann, with water expertise support from Frischmann Prabhu, to provide detailed design, preparation of tender documents and construction supervision to improve water supply conditions in three regions of Iraq.
The project proposed new water treatment plants (Capacity – 72 MLD, 115 MLD & 206 MLD), a new transmission system of approximately 130km, and a distribution system of approximately 763km. Additionally there were 14 water booster stations. We are pleased to have contributed to this post war reconstruction project.
