Nagpur-Mumbai Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg Package 10, Aurangabad (Maharashtra)


Description

Authority Engineer for Construction of access-controlled Nagpur-Mumbai Super Communication Expressway-Package-10 from KM. 444.845 to 502.752 in Aurangabad district.

The package of length 57.91 kms is part of the 6-Lane Access-Controlled Nagpur-Mumbai Super Communication Expressway (Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg) which is designed for a speed of 150 km/h and officially known as Hindu Hrudaysamrat Balasaheb Thackeray Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg. The package is constructed at a cost of ₹ 2095 Crores. The project is being led by the state infrastructure arm Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC). The package involves Interchanges and wildlife underpasses for crossing of wildlife. The expressway will create a fast logistics gateway for national and international trade and will connect the country’s largest container port JNPT Mumbai to Mihan Nagpur.

FPPMC supervised the construction works in entire package and ensured the execution as per standards and specifications of Contract Agreement by serving as Authority Engineer on behalf of Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation. The scope of Works for FPPMC includes reviewing designs and drawings, delivering approval of construction methodologies, construction material and quality control, and providing quality assurance of works. Presently, FPPMC is overseeing operation phase.

Delhi-Vadodara/NH-148N/AE/Package 1, Haryana-Rajasthan Border (Haryana)


Description

Authority’s Engineer for Supervision of Construction of 8-lane access controlled Greenfield Delhi–Vadodara Expressway (NH-148N) starting at Sohna-Gurugram Road (NH-248A) near Alipur village to Haryana-Rajasthan Border (Ch. 0+000 to Ch. 78+800) in the State of Haryana on EPC mode under Bharatmala Pariyojana.

The project is very first package of Delhi – Vadodara – Mumbai Expressway, which is planned to boost connectivity between Delhi and Mumbai cutting the travel time significantly. The 8-Lane access-controlled project facilitates widening to 12-Lane capacity in the future on the median side. The entire first package falls in Haryana District; built with a cost of Rs. 3,092 Crores.

As Authority Engineer, FPPMC ensured to complete the construction in stipulated time in close coordination with three different firms working as Contractors and National Highways Authority of India as Authority for the development of the project. The scope of Works for FPPMC includes reviewing designs and drawings, delivering approval of construction methodologies, construction material, and quality control, and providing quality assurance of works. Presently, FPPMC is overseeing Operation phase.

Delhi-Vadodara/NH-148N/AE/Package 2, Haryana-Rajasthan Border (Rajasthan)


Description

Consultancy Services for Authority’s Engineer for Supervision of Construction of 8-lane access controlled Greenfield Delhi–Vadodara Expressway (NH-148N) starting at Haryana-Rajasthan Border to junction with Keshopura Road (Ch. 78+800 to Ch. 151+840) in the State of Rajasthan on EPC mode under Bharatmala Pariyojana.

The length of package 2 of Delhi–Vadodara–Mumbai Expressway is 73.04 km; which is, being constructed at the cost of Rs. 1,944 Crores. The construction work is undertaken by two different contractors in this package. The package involves construction of 8-lane highway, including various structures like Major Bridges, Interchanges and Underpasses.

FPPMC supervised the construction works in entire package and ensured the execution as per standards and specifications of Contract Agreement. The scope of Works for FPPMC includes Reviewing Designs and Drawings, delivering approval of Construction Methodologies, Construction Material, and Quality control, and providing quality assurance of works. Presently, FPPMC is overseeing operation phase.

Delhi-Vadodara/NH-148N/AE/Package 6, Ratlam (Madhya Pradesh)


Description

Consultancy Services for Authority’s Engineer for Supervision of Construction of 8-lane access controlled Greenfield Delhi-Vadodara Expressway (NH-148N) starting at the Bardawadi village of Mandsaur district in the Bawadi village (near Shivgarh) of Ratlam district (Ch. 546+920 to Ch. 627+420) in the State of Madhya Pradesh on EPC mode under Bharatmala Pariyojana.

This 80.50 kms section of Delhi-Vadodara 8-Lane Access-Controlled Expressway with a design speed of 120 km/h is part of Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, India’s longest expressway. The package is being constructed at a cost of ₹ 2728 Crores. The project involves State of the art Automated Traffic Management System, Wayside Amenities with Helipads and Interchanges. The work involved construction of long life perpetual pavement excellent riding surface.

FPPMC supervised the construction works in entire package and ensured the execution as per standards and specifications of Contract Agreement. The scope of works for FPPMC includes reviewing designs and drawings, delivering approval of construction methodologies, construction material, and quality control, and providing quality assurance of works. Presently, FPPMC is overseeing operation phase.

Ismailabad-Narnaul/NH-152D/AE/Package 1, Ismailabad, Jind-Safidon (Haryana)


Description

Consultancy Services for Authority’s Engineer for Supervision of Construction of 6-lane access controlled Greenfield highway from Ismailabad on NH-152 to Junction with Jind-Safidon Road (SH-14) near the Kheri village (Ch. 0+000 to Ch. 80+000, length 80 km) in the State of Haryana on EPC mode under Bharatmala Pariyojana.

This package of Trans-Haryana Expressway extending from Ismailabad to Narnaul in Haryana is about 80 kms in length. The 6-lane access-controlled greenfield highway passes through a plain terrain with a design speed of 100 km/h. The project road involves Interchanges, Wayside Amenities and 20 lane Toll Plaza. The construction of this package has been carried out by three different contractors with a construction cost of ₹ 2029 Crores.

FPPMC provided services as the Authority’s Engineer on behalf of National Highways Authority of India. FPPMC monitored entire activities that were undertaken for completion of construction works. FPPMC ensured that all warrants of the Contract Agreement were fulfilled during execution of the project. The work involved construction of long life perpetual pavement excellent riding surface.

Ismailabad-Narnaul/NH-152D/AE/Package 3, Charkhi Dadri-Jhajjar (Haryana)


Description

Consultancy Services for Authority’s Engineer for Supervision of Construction of 6-lane access controlled greenfield highway junction with NH-334B (Charkhi Dadri-Jhajjar section) near Charkhi Dadri to Narnaul (Ch. 165+000 to Ch. 227+020, length 62.02 km) in the State of Haryana on EPC mode under Bharatmala Pariyojana.

This is package 3 of the Trans-Haryana Expressway is extending from Ismailabad to Narnaul in Haryana. The 6-lane access-controlled greenfield highway passes through a plain terrain with a design speed of 100 kms per hour. The project road involves straight sections with long curves and flat gradients. The construction of this package has been carried out by two different contractors with construction cost of ₹ 1,197 Crores.

FPPMC provided services as the Authority’s Engineer on behalf of National Highways Authority of India. FPPMC monitored entire activities that were undertaken for completion of construction works. FPPMC ensured that all warrants of Contract Agreement were fulfilled during execution of the project. The work involved construction of long life perpetual pavement excellent riding surface apart from structure works and facilities like wayside amenities with an area of 4 hectares each.

Lucknow-Ayodhya­ Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh


Description

Preparation of Detailed Project Report for 6-laning of Lucknow-Ayodhya­ Gorakhpur section from Km 8.00 to Km 252.860 section of NH-28 (new NH-27) length 244.86 kms. In the state of Uttar Pradesh.

The section of Lucknow Ayodhya Gorakhpur is part of the East West Corridor. The project road passes through seven districts and mix of Agricultural and Built-up land use. In the capacity of DPR consultant, FPPMC adhered to Terms of Reference of Contract Agreement and carried out various surveys and Investigations namely LiDAR topographic survey, Geotechnical Investigations and Material Investigations.

Various improvement proposals in terms of Additional Grade Separators, Service Roads, Widening of Road to Six Lane Configurations, Innovative Pavement Design, Traffic Safety Features and Road furniture have been included in the report and accordingly tender document has been drafted for the project stretch. The Development Cost amounts to around ₹ 4,100 Crores.
